AFTER SALES SERVICE

We shall provide technical support for life span of our machine. The warranty period of the machine is 12 months from the date of delivery. During the warranty period if you have any machine parts found defective or machine malfunctions, we guarantee that they will be repaired / rectified as quickly as possible.

Even after the warranty period, we can continue to provide technical support for the life span of our machines, on condition that you pay for parts and service fee. We do not do a one-off business, but seek long-term cooperation, achieve a win-win situation.
TERMS OF PAYMENT

FOB contract:
30% payment by T/T is required as deposit within ten (10) business days since the contract signing date. 70% balance payment is required by T/T prior to shipment.

CFR or CIF contract
30% payment by T/T is required as deposit within ten (10) business days since the contract signing date. 70% balance payment is required by T/T prior to shipment or by irrevocable and non-transferable L/C at sight, to be established at least one month before shipment
