The mechanical system consists of five parts: the frame, the nine-point parallelogram hinge system, the bending knife beam section, the synchronized feeding mechanism and the slitting knife device. The hydraulic system consists of hydraulic station, five bending cylinders and five pressing cylinders, which has the advantages of reducing noise, easy maintenance and simplifying the oil circuit. CNC system is the electrical control system for bending machine equipment to realize automation and intelligence, with automatic calculation function, automatic feeding function, reverse measurement and control system function.
