Secondly, insert one end of the power cord plug into the socket on the back panel of the chassis, and the other end into the power supply socket. Please be sure to use a single-phase three-wire power supply. Then turn on the "Power switch (POWER SW.)" on the back panel of the chassis, press the panel "Power switch (SWITCHING)" button, and wait for the "WARM UP" green indicator light to light up, and the machine can work. Press and hold the "SETTING BUTTON" button and set it to an appropriate value, generally between 0.5-2.0 seconds. Place the sensor head on the container cover again and press the start button on the handle. The red "HEATING" indicator light will light up, indicating that heating is in progress. Do not remove the sensor head. Remove the sensor head after the red "HEATING" indicator light goes out. Wait until the green "WARM UP" indicator light turns on or the internal buzzer sounds a short "beep" before you can seal the next container. Check the sealing quality, and adjust the "SETTING BUTTON" button appropriately according to the different materials, diameters of containers and production efficiency to make the sealing quality good. The cold bending machine needs to pay attention to the following points: 1. Check whether the surface of the workpiece is rough. 2. Whether the rolling pressure is selected correctly has a crucial impact on the roughness, size and accuracy of the surface after rolling. 3. The size of the excessive rolling has a great influence on the surface roughness and geometric accuracy. 4. The material is soft and plastic, and it is easy to be rolled. 5. Since the rolling speed has little effect on the surface roughness, we can increase the rolling speed to improve the production efficiency. 6. The number of rolling should not be too many. 7.
